I was trying to load the answers all night, but the site kept crashing on me. Not sure if it was just on my end or if others were having the same issue too?

At first, I got the answers I needed quickly, so that part was fine. But when I had to follow up, it took way too long to hear back... definitely not the best experience.

I got the answer I needed quickly, and the expert was friendly, so I really can’t complain about the actual help. That part was "solid" and did what I needed it to do.
The only thing that caught me off guard was the subscription pricing. I just had one question, so seeing a monthly charge felt like a bit much. If you plan to use it regularly, it might be worth it, but definitely read the billing details "carefully" first

"So Much for Keeping Things Private"
I tried justanswer once, and yeah, the whole privacy thing didn’t exactly inspire confidence. They ask for a surprising amount of personal info, and after that I was left wondering who could actually see my details or the chat. Ironic for a service where you’d expect some confidentiality. It felt way too exposed, and I regretted sharing anything there. I wouldn’t use it again

The expert was polite and definitely came across as professional, so I’ll give them that. But for what I paid, the answers felt a little rushed—like we were racing against some invisible clock. It wasn’t a disaster by any means, but I was hoping for a bit more depth

The advice felt personal and I did get some answers, but it’s hard to describe — I still didn’t feel completely happy with the overall value. It was helpful, just more expensive than I expected

At first, it felt like they actually cared and I was somewhat reassured that my issue was being looked into. But it’s still pending, and the most frustrating part is that there’s been no real human contact. I don’t mind waiting a bit if I know what’s going on, but dealing with automated replies or silence makes it feel a lot less personal.

"Came Through in the Eleventh Hour, Mostly"
I’ll give them credit: when I had a question late at night and felt like I was staring into the abyss, someone was actually there to respond. That was a huge relief. The only thing is, getting a clear answer took a little longer than I was hoping, so it wasn’t exactly a lightning-fast rescue mission. Still, it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I’d probably use it again if I was in a pinch and really needed help.

I appreciated that the trial fee and the monthly charge were listed before I paid. You do need to read the page carefully, but i didn’t feel like anything was being hidden. I got the answer I needed quickly, so I’d give it 4 stars

I tried to cancel and it felt like I was just being sent in circles. One minute I thought I’d found the right option, then it would send me somewhere else. Not exactly the end of the world, I guess, but it was annoying and way harder than it needed to be.

I did get my refund in the end, so that was good. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would, and I was kind of waiting around like... okay, is this still happening? But yeah, it came through eventually.

I didn’t find JustAnswer very convenient. There were too many steps before I felt like I was getting anywhere, and I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next. It’s not even about paying or using an online service, I just wanted a quick answer without all the extra hassle. In the end, it felt like more work than it was worth

The expert did answer my question, and maybe it was just me overthinking it, but parts of the response were a little hard to follow. I read it a couple times and still wasn’t completely sure what my next step should be. It was helpful overall, I just think it could’ve been explained in a simpler way.

"Helpful answer, but the wait was middle of the road"
I tried JustAnswer because I was hoping for a quick response, and it landed somewhere in the middle for me. Compared to waiting days for an email reply, it was definitely better, but it wasn’t as fast as I was expecting either.
The expert did answer my question and was helpful once they got back to me, so I can’t really complain about the quality of the response. I just thought it would be a little closer to instant, and I ended up waiting longer than I’d hoped.
I’d say it’s fine if you’re not in a huge rush and just want a solid answer without making calls or appointments. But if something is urgent, I’d probably compare other faster options first instead of assuming this will be immediate.
